X Spaces and Telegram AMAs

We book crypto KOL hosts for X Spaces and Telegram AMAs, prepare the questions, promote the session and turn the recording into clips afterwards. A hosted Space with a known host typically costs $500 to $5,000 depending on the host, and a Telegram AMA in an established group typically costs $300 to $3,000. Two weeks of lead time is enough for most sessions.

What we do

We run live sessions where your founder or head of product talks to an audience that is already listening to someone else. The host matters more than the format. A Space hosted by a creator with a real audience will have people in it. A Space you host yourself, with no promotion, will have your own team and a few bots. KOL.solutions is run by Bussler & Co, a New York marketing company founded in 2016 that has worked with more than 150 clients since 2016, and we are an official member of Anthropic's Claude Partner Network.

We book the host, agree the format, write the question list, promote the session before it starts, moderate the room during it and produce clips afterwards. The clips are usually worth more than the live audience, because a Space lasting an hour reaches the people in the room while five good 60-second clips keep circulating for weeks.

How a session runs, step by step

  1. Host selection. We shortlist hosts by audience, region and topic, and check what their recent Spaces actually drew rather than what their follower count suggests.
  2. Format. We choose between a one-on-one interview, a panel with two or three projects, or a Telegram AMA with a written question round and a prize pool for the best community questions.
  3. Question list. We write 10 to 15 questions and share them with the host beforehand. We include the hard ones, because a session where nobody asks about the token supply or the audit sounds staged.
  4. Preparation. We run a short practice call with your speaker on the answers that matter, especially the token supply, the vesting schedule and the revenue model.
  5. Promotion. The session is announced two to five days ahead from both accounts, with a reminder an hour before. For Telegram AMAs we post in the group in advance so people submit questions.
  6. The session. We moderate, keep time, manage speaker requests and handle hostile questions so your speaker can answer instead of managing the room.
  7. Clips and recap. We cut five to ten clips with captions, write a recap thread and post the recording where people can find it.
  8. Report. Listener count, peak concurrent listeners, replay plays, clip views and clicks on any link shared.

What you get

  • A booked host with agreed promotion from their account.
  • A written question list and a prepared speaker.
  • Promotion before the session and a reminder at the start.
  • Live moderation.
  • Five to ten captioned clips and a recap thread.
  • A report with live and replay numbers.

Typical timelines and budgets

Two weeks is enough for a single session. A series of four to six sessions over a launch month needs about three weeks of setup. These are typical ranges rather than fixed prices, and they move with the host.

FormatTypical host feeWhat it usually includes
Telegram AMA in an established group$300 to $3,000Announcement, hosted session, pinned recap
X Space with a mid-tier host$500 to $2,000Announcement post, hosting, recording left up
X Space with a large host or panel$2,000 to $5,000Announcement, co-hosts, promotion from several accounts
Managed session including clipsHost fee plus $1,000 to $3,000Question prep, moderation, clips, recap, reporting

Prize pools for Telegram AMAs are usually $200 to $1,000 in tokens or stablecoins, paid to the best questions.

Who this is for

This fits founders who present well live, projects that need to answer questions in public after a launch or an incident, and teams entering a new language market where a local host carries more weight than an English post. It is a poor fit if your speaker cannot answer supply and revenue questions directly, because a live session is the worst place to discover that. More detail is in the X Spaces and AMA guide, and these sessions work well alongside influencer campaigns.

Questions

How many people actually listen to a crypto X Space?

Live numbers are usually modest even with a large host, and the replay often gets more plays than the live session. Judge it on replays and clip views rather than the live count.

Should we host the Space ourselves?

Only if you already have an engaged audience. Otherwise a paid host brings the room, and your account gets the benefit of being in it.

Do AMA prize pools help?

They increase the number of questions but many will be low quality. Keep the pool small and pay for good questions rather than for attendance.

What if someone asks a hostile question?

We prepare answers for the obvious hard questions ahead of time and answer them live. Muting critics in a public room does more damage than the question would have.
