What we do
We design and run crypto influencer campaigns across X, YouTube, TikTok and Telegram in one plan, with one calendar and one report. Each platform does a different job. X posts create the first wave of attention and are cheap to test. YouTube videos are what people watch before they buy, and they keep pulling in search traffic for months. TikTok and Shorts reach people who are not yet in crypto. Telegram groups and channels are where a link actually gets clicked. KOL.solutions is run by Bussler & Co, a New York marketing company founded in 2016 that has worked with more than 150 clients since 2016, and we are an official member of Anthropic's Claude Partner Network.
The reason to run them together is that a person usually needs to see a project more than once before acting. A single platform gives you one impression. Four platforms over three weeks gives you several, from different people, which is what changes a decision.
How we pick the tier mix
A tier mix is how much of your budget goes to large accounts versus small ones. Large accounts buy reach and credibility. Small accounts buy conversion, because their audiences reply and click at much higher rates. The split we start from for most launches is below, and we adjust it after the first week of data.
| Tier | Typical size | Share of budget | What it is for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Large | 250,000 followers and up | 25 to 35 percent | Reach and social proof |
| Mid | 50,000 to 250,000 | 35 to 45 percent | The working middle of the campaign |
| Small | 5,000 to 50,000 | 25 to 35 percent | Clicks, replies and cost efficiency |
We normally advise against putting more than a third of a budget into one large account. If that post lands badly, a third of the campaign is gone. The platform-by-platform tradeoffs are covered in X versus YouTube versus Telegram KOLs.
How a campaign runs, step by step
- We agree the goal, the regions, the budget and the launch date on a call.
- We build the creator list per platform, with prices, typical views and engagement rates, and you approve it.
- We vet every account for bought followers, dead engagement and a history of promoting projects that collapsed.
- We sign deliverables with each creator: format, date, minimum live time and whether reposts are included.
- We write a brief per platform, since a YouTube script and a Telegram message are not the same job.
- We build the calendar. X and Telegram usually go first, YouTube reviews land two to five days later because production takes longer, and TikTok runs across the whole window.
- We review drafts, check disclosures and confirm each post goes live on time.
- We report per creator with UTM tracking and on-chain attribution where wallets are the goal.
What you get
- One campaign plan covering all four platforms, with the tier mix written down.
- A vetted creator list with quoted prices before anything is booked.
- Platform-specific briefs and reviewed drafts.
- A posting calendar you can see and change.
- Live links and screenshots of every post.
- A report with impressions, clicks, cost per click and attributed wallets or signups, broken down by platform, tier and creator.
Typical timelines and budgets
Plan on four to six weeks from the first call to the last post, with about two of those weeks spent on sourcing, vetting and contracts. YouTube needs the longest lead time, usually 10 to 21 days from brief to publication. Multi-platform campaigns usually start at about $15,000 because you need enough posts on each platform to judge it. Most campaigns we run sit between $25,000 and $100,000. These are typical ranges, not fixed prices, and current per-post costs are in crypto KOL rates.
Who this is for
This fits projects with a dated launch and an audience in more than one place, and teams that have already run X-only campaigns and want to know whether video or Telegram converts better for them. If you only need one platform, the narrower options are YouTube KOL campaigns and X Spaces and Telegram AMAs.
How to start
Book a call and we will send a platform split, a creator list and a schedule for your launch window.
Questions
Which platform should I start with if my budget is small?
Start with X and Telegram. Both are cheap enough to test with many creators, and you learn which messages work before paying for video production.
How many creators should a campaign use?
Enough that no single post carries the campaign. For most launches that means 15 to 40 creators across platforms, weighted toward the mid tier.
Can you run the same content on every platform?
No. The message stays the same but the format does not. A 60-second TikTok, a 12-minute YouTube review and a Telegram post each need their own brief.
How long after the posts go live do you report?
We send a first read at 72 hours and a full report two weeks after the last post, because YouTube and search traffic keep arriving after the first day.
