Crypto KOL marketing

We run crypto KOL marketing campaigns end to end: creator sourcing and vetting, price negotiation, briefs, scheduling, disclosure checks and reporting. You approve the creator list and the prices before we pay anyone, and every post gets its own tracking link or on-chain tag. Campaigns usually start at about $10,000 and run for four to eight weeks.

What we do

We plan and run crypto KOL campaigns for token launches, exchange listings, protocol upgrades, mainnet releases and consumer apps. The work covers finding creators who actually reach your buyers, checking that their audiences are real, agreeing prices and deliverables in writing, briefing the content, scheduling posts around your announcement and reporting what each post produced. KOL.solutions is run by Bussler & Co, a New York marketing company founded in 2016 that has worked with more than 150 clients since 2016, and we are an official member of Anthropic's Claude Partner Network.

We do not sell impression packages or bundles of anonymous accounts. What you buy is a named list of creators, the format each one posts, the date, the price and the tracked result. If a creator's numbers do not hold up during vetting, we replace them before the campaign starts.

How a campaign runs, step by step

  1. Call and brief. We ask what you are launching, who you need to reach, which chains and regions matter, what the budget is and what counts as success.
  2. Creator list. We build a shortlist of 20 to 60 creators across the platforms that fit, with follower counts, typical views, engagement rates, audience regions and quoted prices in one sheet. Our method is written up in how to vet crypto KOLs.
  3. Vetting. We check engagement against follower counts, look at reply quality, read past paid posts and check whether previous projects the creator promoted went to zero. Accounts that look bought are removed.
  4. Your approval. You approve or cut names and we lock the mix of large, mid and small accounts. Nothing is booked before you sign off.
  5. Negotiation and contracts. We agree the price, the posting window, the minimum live time, whether reposts are included and what happens if a post underperforms. The terms we push for are listed in KOL contract terms.
  6. Briefs and content. We write a brief per creator with the message, the facts, the link, the call to action and the disclosure wording. Creators write in their own voice, and we review drafts before anything goes live.
  7. Scheduling. Posts are spread across your announcement window instead of being dumped in one hour, so the campaign keeps producing traffic for days rather than minutes.
  8. Tracking and reporting. Every post gets a UTM link, and where a wallet action is the goal we tag on-chain attribution so you can see wallets, not just clicks.

What you get

  • A vetted creator list with prices, reach and audience regions before you commit.
  • Signed deliverables per creator, including post format, date and how long the post stays up.
  • Written briefs and reviewed drafts, with disclosure language that matches the rules in KOL disclosure rules.
  • Screenshots and links to every live post.
  • A results report with impressions, clicks, cost per click, and wallets or signups where we can attribute them.
  • A recommendation on which creators to rebook and which to drop.

Typical timelines and budgets

A simple single-platform campaign takes about two weeks from the first call to the first live post. A multi-platform launch campaign takes four to six weeks because content and scheduling take longer. These are the budget bands we usually work in, and they are typical ranges rather than fixed prices.

Campaign sizeTypical budgetCreatorsLength
Test campaign$10,000 to $25,0008 to 152 to 3 weeks
Launch campaign$25,000 to $75,00015 to 404 to 8 weeks
Full launch programme$75,000 to $250,00040 to 1002 to 4 months

Most of the budget goes to the creators. Our fee is either a flat management fee or a percentage of the creator spend, agreed in advance and shown as its own line so you can see exactly what each post cost. You can model your own split with the KOL budget planner, and current price ranges per platform are in crypto KOL rates.

Who this is for

This service fits teams with a real product and a dated event: a token generation event, a listing, a mainnet launch, a new chain deployment or a funding announcement. It also fits projects that already tried booking creators directly and found that half the posts got no clicks.

It is a poor fit if you want anonymous accounts to post price predictions without disclosure, or if you expect a campaign to hold a price up. We will not take that work. If you are deciding between hiring us and hiring internally, KOL agency versus in-house lays out the real cost of each.

How to start

Questions

What is the minimum budget for a crypto KOL campaign?

We normally start at about $10,000, which covers roughly 8 to 15 small and mid-tier creators. Below that there is not enough volume to tell a good creator from a lucky post.

Do you guarantee results?

No. We guarantee the deliverables, the vetting and the reporting. Anyone guaranteeing a price move or a fixed number of buyers is either lying or breaking disclosure rules.

How do you track whether a campaign worked?

Every post gets its own UTM link, and for wallet actions we add on-chain attribution so we can count wallets that came from a specific creator. The reporting shows cost per click and cost per wallet by creator.

Do creators have to disclose that a post is paid?

Yes. Every paid post in our campaigns carries a disclosure, because the legal risk of an undisclosed promotion sits with both the project and the creator.
